BAHIA vehicles Rent a Car can only be conducted in Spain and Gibraltar and shall be returned to our offices.
The rental price includes:
- Mileage limited to 300 km per day and minibus to 400 km per day.
- Accident insurance is subject to an excess of 250.00 + VAT basic groups, 300.00 + VAT for group C and 450.00 for Group G (minibus) + VAT
- Roadside Assistance 24 hours.
- 30 minutes courtesy, free from the expected time of return.
The rental price does not include:
- Fuel tank.
- Baby chairs and booster (hike), € 4.00 per day with a maximum of € 40.00 per chair / rental.
- Conductor additional 6 € per day with a maximum of € 60 per driver / rental.
- Charge for out of office hours on working days, Sundays and holidays € 22.00.
- Damage to windscreens, wheels, underbody, clutch (to misuse), lost or broken keys, locks, even when they took the option to without excess everything.
- Driving penalties, towing fees, damage to windows/windscreens, tyres, suspension or clutch (by misuse), lost or damaged keys, incorrect fuel readings or other associated costs.
- Fines for traffic, cranes, penalties or errors in the refueling of fuel and associated costs.
- Neglect.
- The return of the vehicle in an office other than the delivery is an additional charge of € 17.40
- Young drivers between 21-25 years € 6.00 + VAT per day. Maximum of € 116.40.
- Out of hours deliveries: € 20.00 + VAT
- PAI € 8.00 a day + VAT.
- GPS + VAT € 9.00 days.
Requirements:
- A collection of the vehicle, the driver must provide a credit card as guarantee.
- Drivers must be aged 21 years or over and be in possession o valid driving licence held for at least one year.
Notes:
- Vehicles may be replaced by others with similar characteristics.
- Office hours: from Monday to Saturday morning from 09:30 to 13:30 and from Monday to Friday from 17:00 to 20:00. Holidays closed, except reservations accepted.
- If after 2 hours from the time of the vehicle as indicated in your reservation request was not submitted to remove the vehicle reservation are automatically considered unless it has previously.
- Please note that until it has been confirmed by the vehicle bay rent a car from your reservation request, not a firm booking.
- We apply our General Conditions, as reflected in the front of our rental contract.
